Zô Sân respects your privacy. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights when using our app and website at zosan.nilext.com.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide: name, phone number, email, password (encrypted), payment details (processed by payment gateways; we do not store full card numbers).
Automatically collected: IP address, device type, operating system, app version, location data (with your permission), booking history and in-app interactions.
2. How We Use Information
Provide and improve the service: suggest nearby courts, show real-time availability, process bookings and payments.
Communication: send booking confirmations, cancellation alerts, promotional notifications (opt-out anytime).
Security: detect fraud, prevent spam, comply with legal obligations.
3. Data Sharing
With court owners: only your name and phone are shared after you book — so the owner can confirm and contact you if needed.
With payment partners: Momo, ZaloPay, VNPay and banks receive minimal data required to process transactions.
With law enforcement: when legally required or to protect the rights, property, and safety of Zô Sân and our users.
We do NOT sell personal data to third parties.

See our Cookie Policy for details. We use essential cookies for authentication, analytics cookies (Cloudflare Analytics, Google Analytics 4), and optional advertising cookies.
5. Storage and Security
Data is stored on servers in Vietnam and Singapore (Cloudflare), encrypted in transit with TLS 1.3 and at rest with AES-256.
We retain account information while you use the service and up to 24 months after account deletion (for legal transaction obligations).
6. Your Rights
Access, edit, or download your personal data through in-app Settings.
Request account deletion: email privacy@nilext.com or use the "Delete account" button in-app.
Withdraw marketing consent at any time.
File complaints with the competent data-protection authority in Vietnam.
7. Children
Zô Sân is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe we have inadvertently done so, contact us for removal.
8. Policy Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes are notified at least 15 days in advance via email or in-app notification.
