This policy explains what cookies are, which cookies we use on zosan.nilext.com, and how you can control them.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site remember your activity and preferences (login, language, font size, etc.) so you do not have to reconfigure them each time.
2. Essential cookies
Cannot be disabled. Required for basic functionality: session management, booking cart, CSRF protection.
Examples: session_id, csrf_token, lang_preference.
3. Analytics cookies
Help us understand how users interact with the product (popular pages, bottleneck flows) so we can improve. Data is anonymized.
Providers: Cloudflare Web Analytics (cookieless, no user tracking), Google Analytics 4 (_ga cookie).
4. Functional cookies
Remember your preferences to improve the experience: dark/light theme, default city, favorite sport.
Examples: theme, city, favorite_sport.
5. Advertising cookies (optional)
Only set when you consent through the cookie banner. Used to measure ad effectiveness (no ads are shown inside the Zô Sân app itself).
Providers: Meta Pixel (when running campaigns), TikTok Pixel.
6. How to control cookies
In Zô Sân: open the "Cookie preferences" banner in the footer at any time to enable or disable each non-essential category.
In your browser: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge all allow blocking or deleting cookies via Settings > Privacy. Note: disabling essential cookies may break the site.
7. Retention
Session cookies: cleared when you close the browser.
Essential: 30 days. Functional: 6 months. Analytics/advertising: up to 24 months.
8. Policy updates
We may update the cookie list when adding or removing providers. Check the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
