1. Acceptance of Terms

Creating an account or using any Zô Sân feature confirms that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

If you do not agree with any provision, please discontinue use of the service.

2. About the Service

Zô Sân is a technology platform connecting sports players with court owners. We provide tools to discover courts, view real-time availability, book sessions and pay online. Zô Sân does not directly own or operate any court.

The quality of courts, service and facilities is the responsibility of the partner court owner.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information at registration. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity performed under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account engaged in fraud, illegal activity, or behavior harmful to other users or partners.

4. Bookings and Payments

Court prices, promotions, and cancellation policies are shown publicly before you confirm a booking. A successful booking constitutes a service contract between you and the court owner.

Zô Sân acts as an intermediary via licensed payment gateways (Momo, ZaloPay, VNPay, Visa/Mastercard). We do not store payment card data.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies are set by each court owner and shown clearly at booking time. Typically, free cancellation is available 2–24 hours in advance.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or wallet.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the service to: hold slots for speculation; attack or breach our systems; scrape data automatically; or distribute unlawful, abusive, or hateful content.

Violations will result in account suspension and may be reported under applicable law in Vietnam.

7. Intellectual Property

All source code, UI, logos, images, and content of Zô Sân are owned by the company. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

Zô Sân is not liable for: damages from on-court incidents (injuries, property loss); disputes between players and court owners; or service interruptions caused by force majeure events.

Zô Sân's aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees you paid for the related transaction within the preceding 12 months.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified at least 15 days in advance via email or in-app.

Continued use of the service after the new effective date constitutes acceptance of the changes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any dispute shall be resolved by the competent court in Ho Chi Minh City.
